Unregistered Patients
You can be seen by our team of Doctors, Nurses and Health Care Assistants by using our walk in service, however you will benefit from a wide range of comprehensive services if you register with the Crawley Health Centre.
How to register:
You may register with The Crawley Health Centre as an NHS patient if you normally live in the practice boundary area. The boundary is that of Crawley Borough Council.

You may be required to have an initial health check with the nurse or health care assistant, so that we have as much information about your health as possible. Please note we cannot prescribe medication for you until you have seen a doctor.
Registering is easy. If you would like to register, either drop by and talk to one of our receptionists who will be able to assist you or download our registration form and bring it in at your convenience. It would be helpful if you brought your NHS Medical Card with you.
