Health 4 Crawley is a consortium of ten GP surgeries in Crawley, West Sussex. Collectively, we provide GP services to over 90,000 patients. Health 4 Crawley is a company limited by shares and is solely owned by the Crawley GPs. In November 2008, H4C was awarded the contract to manage a brand new GP led Health Centre in Crawley. The purpose of the company is to provide high quality services to our local community focusing on areas of greatest need.

 We are extremely proud to be at the forefront of the delivery of modern medicine in Crawley. Through our knowledge of local patient needs and our extensive experience within primary care in Crawley, we have developed unique skills in delivering medical services efficiently and effectively. Health 4 Crawley (H4C) was created because we wanted to strengthen the already tight bonds between the GP surgeries in Crawley through a formal corporate structure.
